University Book Store is committed to student success and customer satisfaction; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Please note that textbooks must be in their original condition and digital access codes must remain unredeemed to qualify for a full refund.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition and check that your purchase falls within the 30-day return window for general merchandise or the specific deadline for seasonal textbooks.
Prepare Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or packing slip and have your student ID or a valid government-issued photo ID ready for in-store processing.
Submit Your Return
Bring your items to the Customer Service desk at any of our campus locations, or use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for mail-in returns.
Receive Your Refund
Once processed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, typically appearing on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.
